I wasted the last three years of my marriage hearing excuses like that. Then he would say: oh I had no idea it would bother you, I'll stop. A year later I decided to look and found he had been going to the same sites all along. The same conversation ensued: oh, you mean it actually does bother you? I'm not gay or bi, I just find that I'm curious about it because it's taboo. There went another year - but this time there was nothing on our computer. Then a friend told me to check his computer that he travels with and sure enough, there it was. Lies and more lies about why he feels a need to look at naked men, gay porn, take pictures of his own dick, and last but not least, order dildos.

It's a slippery slope, one that my ex fell deeply in to. I'm three years divorced and about six years out from the first time I found out about it (14 years total if you count the first time I ever saw it on our computer but he was able to deny it and pass it off an a pop up since in 2002 pop up blockers hadn't been invented yet). Keep your eyes and ears open but don't blow your cover if you want to snoop on the down low.

I'm sorry you're here but glad you found us.
