You, you are way more valuable than that. There is such denial. I was wondering if anyone knew the right probablilty equation for that. Newbies often doubt their instincts, but if there are 5 indicators, what is the probability of all those factors being present? If we figured out that there was a 1 in 100,000 chance that all those things could happen together, then we would not doubt. For example, if there are 6 chairs and 6 people sat down, the chances of a each particular arrangement is 1 in about 3800 chances (6 x 5 x 4 x 3 x 2 x 1) . If there are 7 chairs that increases the odds to 1 in 27,000 chances. It's not the same scenario, but when things add up to TGT, there must be some mathematical correlation 1 in however many chances that it all the factors be present if it's not TGT - even like 1 in a million that the specific 9 facts are known. I think if people understood the chances of that being true, then there'd be no doubt! Facts like gay porn found, a known gay attraction, flirtatatious emails, no interest in the spouse sexually all have statistical meaning. Other things like sexual paraphernalia found (things the straight has never seen), previous experience with the same sex, secrecy, catching them lying, and so on. For all those factors to spell TGT could be 1 in 100,000 chance coincidence for those things to be present and still many straight spouses go into denial and doubt.
