As an engineer, everything in my work is quantifiable. However, I've found that human beings defy hard logic, there are too many variables. However:

1) There is a probability of 1.0 (certainty) this person is not straight, no matter how (s)he chooses to self-label.

2), 3), 4) There is an almost certain probability (>0.9) the person is engaging in fantasies related to 1).

The rest: There is a very high probability the person is acting on 1).

Not sure why you need to quantify, it's pretty clear.
