Subject: In any given region with any specific AOL dial up number there are only a certain range of ips available. When you sign on to aol you get one of those numbers but someone who does not use the same dial up location for aol would not have access to those same numbers. When you dial up again you get another number in the same range. The numbers identify the local dial up server for aol. Unless two people had the same dial up server they would probably not have such nearly identical ips
