Subject: Workman's Comp Job Security

I am not working at the moment, and am having trouble getting a doctor who can help with my injury. The ones I have seen, simply say "come back next week". In the mean time, I am also battling it out with my employers workman's comp insurance co. I have been off three weeks and still have received no pay. I was told today they CAN take up to three months to make a decision. THREE MONTHS! My question is this...how secure will my job be? My employer made a comment shortly after I went out with my shoulder that my job was secure for 90 days? What happens if I am off longer, can I be replaced or let go?
