Subject: Resigned in lieu of being fired

Working for a major Health Management Organization for 8 years. Have had migraine headache problems, and given shots to relieve, thru this HMO. Doctor decides to writes several prescriptions and have them dated by employee as needed for migraine headaches. Employee complies with instructions, at one point the nurse challenges the prescription, because of the different hand writting. It was reported to the supervisor and the employee was either requested to resign or be terminated and taken to court. Employee told that it was a bad decision on her part, even though the doctor instructed this way to be done. It apparently is confidential as to what the doctor recieved. Does this sound like any cause to file a lawsuit against the HMO?
