I was hurt on the job, which required cervical neck surgery and am awaiting surgery on my shoulder. Is it true that my place of employment does not have to call me back, or offer me a job within my restrictions? If this isn't true does Pa., offer a retraining program? Thank you for your help in this matter. Diane C. Jones
