My son has this problem at his job.He works in a mini market/gas station. He has this co-worker in which is an older lady ..he is only 19 but she always has something ignorant and rude things to say to him.She goes to the superviser and tells all kinds of lies and stories just to get him in trouble. He was off for 2 days and when he was to go back to work the morning and another manager had called him and said she heard he quit in which this lady went and said my son quit which wasn't true. They had to get a replacement for him and he told them he didn't quit that he will be there. He went to work only to find himself getting yelled at for no reason. His superviser said he was insubordination and she gave him 3points against him.If he gets 5 points he loses his job. This kid works all of the time even when someone calls off he is there to cover for them. He doesn't take any time off or anything. I don't think he should be getting treated like this and he doesn't want to lose his job. Jobs are hard to find. She doesn't ask my son anything just starts yelling at him. He told her none of it was true but she doesn't listen. My son is a hard and good worker always has been since he was 14 and working.I don't think people should be able to make up stuff about another co-worker knowing that none of it is true just to get him/or her fired.I wonder how this person would feel if it was done to them and there job was on the line.My sons superviser has been reported to main company with alot of complaints against her and they won't do anything about it.What should he do before he loses his job?
