Subject: In's and out's of having a part-time workforce

I am looking for information concerning the advantages and/or disadvantages in having a completely part-time direct labor force. The business is a manufacturing assembly shop with aprox. 125 full-time employee's at present. We intend to offer our assembly service's to a wide range of value added company's. We believe that by re-organizing our labor force and offering corporations reduced expense and high quality our intensions may become reality.

The shop will be in New Hampshire.

Any Info would be greatly appreciated,

Sincerely, John Butler
