Subject: Overtime

I am a Aviation Jet Mechanic working on corporate aircraft. Upon being hired, two of the agreements with my employer were for a set salary while working 40 hours a week, 80 hours in a two week period. I continuously work 90+ hours and my employer states that he does not have to pay me for overtime because the aviation field falls under the same laws that the railroad does for overtime. I live in Arizona and do not know the rules very well because I just moved here 6 months ago. Does this sound right? Any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated. Also is there any particular way to figure out how you would compute overtime? My employer figures it out by dividing the last 6 months hours worked into total days worked.
