R-U in a union or non - union, that is the first big question , second what does you contract say if you are in a union about light duty..

if you are not covered by a contract, you maybe with out recourse as far as working , but still you have your right to apply for disability, or comp if it was a injury on the job, whoever, you boss does not have to employ you if you don't have the ability to work absent some type of an agreement.. but as always ck with a laywer but i believe you will find out the same.
