Does anyone know a few good lawyers that have experience against the MTA?
I was supposed to retire last year but was told I had to make up some bad time - they said I missed almost 360 days in the last 25 yrs, but that is not true.
When I showed them my paystubs for the periods in question they refused to accept them.
Now they say they found some bad time, and are using the paystubs to justify postponing my retirement another 3 months. How can they use paystubs for this one and not use them for the last one?
I am now out of another years percent of retirement pay. Can anyone help?
