 I feel really sorry for people like myself, who has to depend on transit!!I recently had a problem,with a vending machine of yours...With my last $20,i bought a metrocard,the machine took my money and gave me a blank card,I went to the teller and she said it has nothing to do with her.She gave me a complaint form to full out,and mail in which i did.I MADE SURE TO INCLUDE the blank metrocard,and the receit...Why now did i receive a letter,asking me for the for the same information,including my ATM card information????? L ike i could ever be that stupid... MTA waste of my @#$% #@! time!!!
