102 Bus -- New York City Transit Customer Complaints

The 102 Bus is terrible, you would think that NYC Transit would do something about this. Every morning I go out to catch the bus to go to work and I am waiting at least 40 minutes for the bus as I am waiting at least 5 M7 pass and it's the same at night. One night I counted the buses that came before the 102 and it was 9 buses, 6 buses which were 101 and 3 buses which were M98. WHAT IS GOING ON WITH THE 102 BUS!!!!!!!
