So thank you. *She said, then she turned and looked at Astra* Astra, listen to me...please...I promise you that I mean no harm...*She said as calmly as she could*...Now...I know this may be difficult for you to believe or understand, but please-that coyote that spoke to you before this wolf took you-Toya, was his name I believe...well, he spoke the truth. Now why he's suddenly deciding to help us with out plans, I'm not sure, but he has. But I can assure to you that all that he'd told you, about why we "want you", and so on, was the truth. Astra-look at yourself...haven't you ever wondered about who you are...if you belonged there or not? Have you never noticed the differences between you and the coyotes? Have you never had any sort of recollection...any memory at all of some sort of event that had happened in the past, to make you question things? *She asked pleadingly. Somehow...someway she had to be able to remember something...anything about her past...Kadiri needed to make her see this!* And please...even though I know you've been told, have been taught that we wolves are nothing but vicious, cold-blooded murderers, I pray that you realize that's not true. Let me give you an example-while we were following Corin when he had you with him...how many of us did you see attack you, or any of the other coyotes? And how many of us did the one you call "father" send to their deaths? Our goal of going into Hindii, of following Corin, wasn't to destroy him, the land, or any of the other coyotes...our sole intention was to simply bring you home. Did none of the sights, smells, sounds, while you were over in the Black Pines territory seem familiar to you? Astra...we don't want to make your life miserable...Child, I know it's hard to believe this, but we're trying to make your life better. *She sighed, sitting down...she was hoping, praying inside that Astra was somehow registering all of this...that somehow she was getting through to her* If you would like...Astra, then I would be able to show you to a certain pair of wolves...the ones that are your true, blood parents...*She said, glancing up at her with her scarlet eyes, awaiting somewhat nervously, her reaction to all of what she had just said*
