Our wrighting here is not going to shed any light to the court of Law. Mr. Sareen may also be having an attorney at law who has the licence to practice law in the US. Let them take care of their problem. Any way due to Mr. Ram's business tactics, we in USA are not living in fear like our present situation of any terror attack for which the root cause goes back to the greedy Shylock like people,as expressed by Shakespeare in The Merchat of Venice.
