• The show was really draining her- but she had three weeks out now while the secondary cast took over, and the break was well needed- they'd been doing it for two months solid. Last night had been their last night and what with the celebrations she and Charlie hadn;t gotten in till late- and while he had to get up for week she had a couple of months late nights and hard work to sleep in for- and she was making the most of it. She was stretched out on the bed above the covers with the airconditioning on full- her blonde curls spilling out over the sheets- wearing as little as possible in the heat- a pair of short girl-boxers and a sports bra all she could cope with. She'd gotten up around eleven and gone to see Malia- spent half the day with her and taken the dogs out and wa snot crashed back in bed again, in as deep a sleep as she ever was. • He made his way into the bedroom, finally, having peeked in all the other rooms she might have been in, and let a little smile creep across his features as he made his way into the bedroom, slipping off his shoes and crawling from the foot of the bed up to his "normal" spot on the bed, stretching out beside her, one arm thrown over her stomach easily, watching her for a moment, his cheek pressed to the pillow - he knew she had been under a lot of stress with the show and things and he was looking forward to being able to spend lots of time with her while she was off. • He grinned a little at mention of Mali eating his cookies - now that she and Danny lived just over the hall, they were typically fixtures in one anothers apartments, and he'd grown close to the couple - he could imagine Mali saying "Just one more.." more than once. It was hard, trying to salvage their relationship and at the same time keep on top of work and everything, with how little they saw one another but they were doing admirably. She was as playful as ever- she tried to stay positive about everything, tried to be satisfied with the baby steps they were taking - truth was she wanted it all- she wanted it all back and that could never happen- they could only move on and go forward and it would never be quite so innocent and beautiful as it was to begin with, but it was stronger and more powerful.
