((Jen, you know Absolutly nothing dont you. Some police dogs are trained to kill. And how can you be STATE champions when STATE compotitions are run by the actual STATE. and if its illegal, then there would be no state compotition now would there. And if your saying this is so illegal yourself then why are YOU fighting a police officer. How dumb can some people be? Think about it first. Also.. Spikes implanted in a dogs tail?! GET REAL! Thats not posible. First of all, the tail bone would not be able to hold the weight of the spikes and second of all, Metal spikes put into a dogs tail could poison the dog. I think you should actually think before you wright something so stupid.))
