I too, believe that change can be wonderful, but I also think that in some circumstances, change can be evil. I really emphasize that we need to stress why we are making changes, and not just leave it as, "Because we discussed it, and this will be better." I think that the most positive thing that we can do to for these changes is to have a great attitude about how this is going to work, and be open to suggestions and criticism. Someone who doesn't like the change that we made may not be purely resistant to change, but actually has a serious problem with the new method. I think that we need to address those and try our best to understand them and explain them, and possibly even discuss the issues between ourselves.
