I wanted to let everyone know that Tiffany called me on Friday to inform me that she will not have internet access for the forseeable future. She doesn't know when, if at all, she will be able to get on again. So, Laurie has been sending her the discussions (so she is still involved) and she will respond back to us so we can post her thoughts. It seems that participation has been sporadic at times - I know everyone is really busy, but to get the most benefit out of this, everyone needs to be a part of the conversation - if not, we will have to cover this again in August. Remember, I said since we were doing this training now, no one had to come back until the 8th of August. Please make time in your schedules to get online when you can to fully participate in the conversations. I would like to see more "interaction" and "discussion" on the different topics.

I am going to hold off a little on my "final thoughts" for the discipline section since not everyone has had a chance to weigh in on the topic.
