I think I will struggle with the social aspect of hall council. I noticed that the girls last year saw the meetings as a social hour to get together and nothing really got done. It's hard for me because I just want to be efficient and get the meeting going and done. But, I also need to just realize that I am not in control of the meetings, and this is a great opportunity for the residents to get to know each other and to experience their own leadership. I think the challenging part for me will be to stay motivated even when I really don't want to go anymore.
