Subject: I wish we could still be chillin' with Ray Gillen

I wish we could still be chillin' with Ray Gillen.

I've had my Badlands album stuck in the CD player since '89.

I NEVER get tired of hearing "Winter's Call."

In an earlier posting I read that Ray was in denial. Can you or someone answer how much in denial was he? Was it so much so he didn't realize he was dying or sick? Or that he didn't get help right away or what?

I feel sad about his death everyday about that because I, too, LOVED his voice. He was so gorgeous inside and out.

XOXO

Rest in Peace, Beautiful Ray.

That was kind of Al Romano to sell his guitar to help. That makes me think that Ray didn't have money to treat himself.

But if he's looking down on us right from Heaven right now, he would know that he is greatly loved and missed.
