Subject: Sundried Italian Herb Bread

For a 1 1/2 pound loaf:

2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast
1/2 cup buttermilk (room temp)
3/4 cup water (room temp)
1 tsp lemon juice
2 tbsp dark brown sugar
2 tbsp unsalted butter (room temp)
3 cups bread flour
1 tsp salt
---------
6 slices sundried tomato,diced(not packed in oil)
1 1/2 tbsp Italian herb blend(or use the garlic and herbs listed
below):
1/2 tsp garlic powder and minced onion
3/4 tsp marjoram leaves,thyme leaves,leaf rosemary, oregano leaves,
basil leaves and savory
1/2 tsp rubbed sage

Add ingredients in the proper order for your machine. Select white
bread setting;medium crust or normal baking cycle.I add spices and
tomatoes when machine beeps after initial mixing cycle.
