Subject: Bacon and Beef Burritos

14 slices bacon, cut into 1 inch pieces
3/4 lb lean ground beef
2/3 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup catsup
1/4 cup barbecue sauce
1 can (15-16 oz ) pork and beans
10 flour tortillas
Shredded cheddar cheese

Cook bacon until crisp; drain and set aside. Brown meat in same pan on medium
heat; drain. Add onion, catsup, and barbecue sauce. reduce heat, simmer 4
minutes. Stir in bacon and beans, heat through stirring occasionally. Serve in
tortillas with cheese.
