Subject: Okra and Tomato Casserole

4 cups sliced okra

1 lg can tomatoes(diced or whole chopped)with liquid

1 16-oz pkg frozen green lima beans

1 16-oz pkg frozen corn

1/2 cup chopped onion

1 Tbsp cornmeal

2 Tbsp oil

1 tsp white pepper

Salt to taste

Toss okra with cornmeal.Shake off excess.Heat oil in skillet,onion and cook until soft.Add okra and cook 2-3 minutes over med high heat.Add remaining ingredients with about 1/4 cup water.Lower heat and simmer until okra is tender.Add more liquid if desired.
