Mmkay, here are some basics for you none-Voy users.
-As it says at the top, please remember to approve your messages when you post.
-You'll notice that this is all one big board for everyone, but trust me, it'll stay organized. Dun worry, Kelly. ;)
-You do NOT need to sign up for an account with Voy. Just post! It's easy. :)
-Do NOT press "Post a reply to this message" to make a reply. Use the "post a new message." Just make it clear who you're posting to, or use the message subject to clarify it. This just makes it easier, trust me.
-While we're on that subject, if you have an OOC reply to a post, by all means, use the "reply" button for it. If it's short, type the message in the "subject" box for the sake of not having to open another page. (See my reply below.)
-As you'll notice, HTML is allowed. Some Voyforums let you put your tag in the "Name" spot, but for some reason this one isn't going to let us do that. I'll see if I can fix it. For now, just put your tag at the end of your post. (If you need any help with html basics, ask someone.)
------NOTE: For the sake of loading time for this page, please don't post your tag with every post. The first post is fine, but after that reserve it for large or important posts. Also, please don't use any fancy html or anything...it can really screw up the boards.
-Please keep OOC posts down to a minimum. Because every new post is more space on this page, instead of the threads or "topics" like EZBoard, after a certain amount of posts Voy builds archives. I have a feeling this is going to be a fast-moving board, so in order to let people keep up, please don't make any more new posts than you have to. If you have to correct something in your post or whatever, use the "reply" button. If you really need to post an OOC comment, post it at the end of an IC post. Get what I mean?
I'm not trying to be the law-enforcer here, because it's Kelly's pack, of course. I've used Voy a gajillion times before and I more or less know the ropes of posting, so I'm just trying to keep everything as hassle-free as possible. I have not, however, moderated/founded/kept a Voyforum, so bear with me while I learn the ropes of that. -_- Hopefully I won't screw it up too badly.
