Hello Ross,
You have indeed many relatives in Jimenez, one of the biggest family of the oldest town of Misamis Ocidental. Many are working in the local government office of the municipality and among the most popular is Mr. Jaime C. Galay, the most ever dependable Municipal Meat Inspector, and a good neighbor of mine. The late, Mr. Juanito A. Galay, was my community organizing mentor before I join the LGU in Jimenez and the Phiippines-Australia Local Sustainability (PALS) Program.
Most Galay families are residents of Brgy. Naga and becomes my neighbors and friends and they are dispersed in most barangays and nearby municipalities through marriages and migration.
Wishing you some great news from your roots in Jimenez.
Regards,
Jaime B. Baldomero
