(And I had no idea I would have to ask permission, it just didn't dawn on me. I wasn't trying to steal your ideas or anything. This creature used to be a character I played in another RPG, and I wanted to play them again, so I decided to play them here. I didn't know I had to ask because it's a different species, because there has been all sorts of horse-like things here, unicorns, pegasi, unipegs, everything. A Kelpie is a lot like these creatures, it is magical, the only thing that makes it different is that it lives in water, has fins, and doesn't have a horn like a unicorn or a pair of wings like a pegasus. I thought this RPG was for all magical things that resembled horses. So I'm sorry if I broke any rules, but that's what I thought. And it's okay for you to butt in Oceania's player, I don't mind. Heh.)
