"I can take him out for a quick walk... We went for a good run this morning. I can run you a bath..." He tried not to smother her too much because she got plenty of fussing from her parents - and from his parents too actually - but he did worry about her overdoing things. He just wanted to keep her safe. He straightened slowly and wrapped his arms slowly around her neck, his lips pressing warmly to her forehead. "What do you think? Wanna take a bath while I take the puppy out for a quick stroll? It's getting kind of late to be out wandering around..."
