Ok, maybe I did the wrong thing, but I replaced my front speakers with 6 3/4". They were just right, 6 1/2"s were too small. The back doors are 5 1/4", but when I replace mine I'm putting in a 6 1/2" component set. The dash speakers definitely are 4x6, and if you're thinking of replacing them, I'd recommend the 4x6 plate that Pioneer makes, it has a separate tweeter and mid-range, so it's much clearer sound.
