I'll get the brand, installed high above the right knee under the steering wheel. Screwed to the lower dash trim. Nice location, easy to touch the manual side of the break but out of the way. I have no Idea what the cost was, I feel like its under $60 but I'm a little unsure. When I bought my trailer, it was part of the deal to install the hitch, and wire the trailer lights, and brake control.
