Yea, check what everyone else said, especially those body lift points. I'll just mention a few things. Anything can cause noises, just gotta go look, feel, and bounce your truck to find it. Mine has always been quiet, even with the lift. The rear squeeks a bit, but that's normal for leaf springs.

I'd check your idler arm. When I put my TM lift on, I found a worn idler arm, and that was only at 19k miles. I got 26k miles now. I always noticed a bit of slop in the steering when turning tight and a bit of thumping. I put in a borg life time warranty arm. I just didn't want the same stock junk back on it. I guess I could take it to the dealer and get in paid for, I've been lazy.

Also, check all your pivot points for tightness, especially the camber/caster adjusters. And check for loose shock bolts, etc, etc etc....
