I'm not sure what "He" did, but It sure looked to me like the 3" lift for older gen 1 S-10's would work, you wouldn't have brackets for the bumpers, or filter relocator.
Even then the rear bumper brackets could just be swapped and reversed, spacers for the front would be simple enough and the filter could stay in the stock location (PITA) but might work.
I was headed down that road before I ran across Hobie and saw what he found for a BL.
