When I was shopping for a set found some Eagles that I really like. Just about everyone thought polished wheels were high maintenance, not what I wanted. So I bought my first choice American Racing Outlaws 2's, they are clear coated just like factory. So it depends on how much time you want to take to care for them, but my opinion is you buy what you like.
