 This pic is from a 2002 S-10 PU 2wd w/ sport suspension The brackets bolt onto the frame rail & the shock mounts. The blazers have brackets welded to a cross member we don't have. All parts from the 02 extreme should work but maybe the links are a different length. Mine came with the used bar 96 Blazer.
Here's the bracket pic @ frame/shock mount.
