Yes. There were five actually (but not *all* during this "musical selections" part):

The first was played right after the funeral talk. It was a piece by Johann Sebastian Bach entitled "Organ Sonata," and was played masterfully on the Organ by Juris Weanar.

Shawn's step-father Jamie, then played a recorded original piece, he had written, to pay homage to Shawn.

Juris Weanar followed by playing a wonderful piano piece by Alexander Scriabin, "Etude." It was a favorite of Shawn.

Next Shawn's ex-wife Liz, played a recording of a wonderfully moving piece entitled "Adagio for Strings," written by Samuel Barber. Upon speaking with her after the ceremony, she related the personal story, of when her and Shawn were dating, they were together listening to this piece for the first time. They both cried. They then made a personal "pact" between them, that if either of them should die, the other would play the piece at their funeral.

I about gave way to tears when I heard that.

Finally, Shawn's masterful, powerful piece, written in homage to his sister Lisa, that had passed away when he was younger, "Epilogue (for Lisa)" was played. This of course, originally appeared on his first Solo record, "Powers Of Ten."

I dont think there was a dry eye in the house after that was played.

Shawn's incredible ability to touch and move you was inspirational. After listening to "Epilogue" that final time, it conveyed deeper meaning then ever before.

Truly a moving experience. We lost a gentle giant among mere mortals. Death most certainly IS an enemy.
