Each year the Norwegian CPS are granted huge funds to be used to take away children and to engage foster homes and various social, medical and psychological services to be used on these children. These companies or experts earn gross proffits for these services, which in most cases are uneccessary. Thus the cps system are huge money makers for a lot of collaborators. Probably these children are also extensively used as guinea pigs in medical projects, often by internastional research organizations or medical companies.

The cps system simply takes as many children that their funds, their staffing and the staffing of those services permit, These funds have been increased year for year, and the number of children snapped away have likewise increased.

When choosing children to take, they look for children that deviate from a strict normality standard, and it does not matter if the deviation is neutral, good or bad, and they prefere to take children form parents that have weak economic resorces so that they cannot excert a strong reistance. In Norway the cost of taking your case to court is prohibitly expensive for most parents, and the Norwegian courts secretly cooperate with the cps too, an even lawyears that the parents engage have shown to cooperate with the cps behind the back of the partents.
