Might want to check out www.ezboard.com the basic board is free, and the software is similar to UBB software. I run a small board, and have moderated for a couple others, hosted on EZ-B, and its really smooth to use, its possible to set up multiple forums on one board, like with UBB software, its easy to customize the look, background, text colours, and etc., administration and moderation is a breeze, you can also set multiple admins and mods, and its very easy for the users to navigate. And best of all, its free. :-)
I think it'd be a great place to host TAK.
