James I could not agree more. I am a quiet uassuming guy who just happens to train in combatives. What I see happening to the male image in North America is a complete emasculation in the popular media. When I used to watch sit coms and see these "Chandlers" and "Raymonds" I felt that there is a major problem with the male image in our modern times. In fact I no longer watch this type of garbage. I feel very worried about our sons who are being raised on these images. This amounts to nothing more than reverse sexism. These are the same images that were applied to women twenty years ago. Hollywood has no originality, it is just reversing roles. This is not right. What is wrong with being a strong, masculine, intelligent and sensitive man, there are many of us out there. Do not let hollywood and the modern media castrate us. Be the hunter, the warrior and the shaman but we can still be the lover, the father and the nurturer. Do not let go of what is ours and do not believe the negative images that are being shoved down our throats.

Thanks for letting me express myself.
