AXOD Transmission Slips & Jerks (this post)

A few weeks ago my transmission started intermittently jerking into low gear right before coming to a complete stop. A few days later, the car started intermittently "slipping" when making a left hand turn. the transmission would seem to rev then engage after the sharpest point in the turn. I changed the transmission fluid and filter hoping that would correct the problem. It now seems worse. After the car is warmed up, it does this slip and jerk thing in all of the gears. It's still intermittent, but makes me look like some idiot learning how to drive a stickshift. Does anyone have any idea what could be causing this? The tranny ran pretty good this morning and horrible on the way home from work. the outside temperature was only about 5 degrees different from morning to afternoon, so I am not sure that Temperature plays a part in this...(60am/65pm ~ degrees)

Any help is appreciated.
