Subject: it's me Set. I have an ideah for your parking prob.

I've been doing some research about things you can do and I have come up with a conclusion. Go out to the other business and walk to there door and do some things with your hands and tlk in toungs. This will both scare the piss off the people next door. when they come out talk to them. Keep it nice but stern and tell them that they have more than enough spaces for people to park in. That way you can get you point across.
