((The lights dim down, and the words "ITS SHOWTIME" blast out of the PA system and fills the arena. PODs Southtown kicks in right afterwards and the whole arena is rocking as young man walks out form behind the curtain. He stands at the top of the ramp, and removes his sunglasses. Dressed in a nice pair of khakis and a bright green polo shirt he gazes into the crowd. Smiling he shakes his head affirmatively at the fans and begins to walk down to ringside. He climbs in to the ring and walks around a bit, he looks around for a ring assistant, spots one, and motions for him to bring a mike.))
Young man: Today, is a great day, mark this day in your calendars, because it is a day of reckoning. For today my dream, the dream of yours truly, Chris Rolle, comes true.
((There are a few cheers here and there, and a few boos from the crowd. But most are slient.))
Chris Rolle: After seven years of hard work, determanation, and even more hard work, I here today realize what I've wanted all along. After numerous amateur wrestling tournament, scrubbing toilets just to train, and busting my rear end for five dollars in front of a grand total of twenty-three fans, my dream of the big time has finally been realized. And the best thing about it, is that no one can take it away from me.
I am the best at what I do, make no mistake about it. I didn't get the nickname of "Showtime" for constanly sucking.I got is from the years of busting my rear end all of over the state of Pennsylvania. Now I may have realized my dream of making it to the big time, yet I have another dream as well. A dream of climbing the ladder and staking my claim when i get to the top. To start from the bottom and make my way past wrestler after wrestler to get to the top and to the most prized possesion, the World Title. There is no doubt in my mind that I am capable of this, but I don't have to prove things to myself, I have to prove it to you fans out there.
In a place like DEWF, the climb will be tough, it will be hard. No doubt that theres alot of great talent standing backstage, but let me assure you all that there is no time like "Showtime". And give me a shot, and I'll prove it to you.
(("Showtime" Chris Rolle drops his mike as his music ring throughout the arena again. He climbs out of the ring and walks backstage, high-fiving a few fans.))
