Geoff,

I think you're at a point where you'll need to get an electrical schematic for your car, and take off the inner door panel to trace wires. Start at the lock switch and work out from there. The only thing I can think of that would click in the door would be the lock actuator, but if that broke, it shouldn't prevent the other doors from unlocking.

Again, you could first check that you didn't disturn any wiring or connections when you replaced the relay, but otherwise this is one of the electrical gremlins that will take some patience to sort out...good luck, glen
