So, it sounds like you're not getting any fuel. Start by making sure you can hear the fuel pump run when you turn the ignition to on, but don't start the car. You should hear it run for a few seconds then shut off.

Next check all your fuses to make sure the ones for the fuel pump and the engine control module are good.

Finally, does it do it all the time or just when it is hot in the car? The main fuel relay on these cars is known to fail, and that shuts off the fuel pump. It is located back behind the dash on the drivers side. If you search on main relay on the web, you can find info on how to locate it and replace it.
