I'm not a mechanic, but I also have a 94 Honda Accord. I just turned 320,000 miles this week.If your car has never had a timing belt replacement, you may want to consider that. When that belt gets old, sometimes it can slip and throw the timing. Adjustments of the timing won't help if that happens. If you just had a tune up, they should have checked the timing. You can also try having your alternator checked to see if it's producing the proper power. You can get that done free at places like Auto Zone or Advance Auto. Another option is getting the idle control checked. If the engine drops down fast when you get off the gas, that could be your problem. I hope this helps.
