1989 Honda sei...going from high to low beam, entire lights go out and I'm driving in dark while frantically playing w/light switch. Then goes to high beam. Switching to low beam, goes out and/or light covers start flipping up/down.

entirely goofy. anybody else have similar problem and how to fix????
