Well yes sort of but, have you ever noticed the large sizes of their groups giving them confidence? (you hardly ever see them walking round on their own) Well admitedly there is not a lot of people outside these groups in small areas, but in a larger area, people can come for far and wide and just to walk past would scare the poo out of them. It just has to be organised, I make a message board, i dont organise protest marches.
