Subject: Breeding a Peke

Greetings! I had a question about breeding pekes.. I have a pekingese, her name is Gremlin, she's registered and both of her parents have championship titles. I bought her simply for companion, but she's a very bright dog, and I know I can't bring her into show competition cause she has a funny underbite, but I was hoping to some day breed her. I was wondering what's a good age to start breeding a dog, and if when I sell the puppies do I just tell buyers that they are companion dogs? I just want to breed her in hopes that puppies make other people as happy as she had made me, but I'm not sure about the whole show dogs and whatnot. And another thing, she is not all big and fluffy like your pekes, she has shorter hair. But I have all her papers, and she's registered, and I know she's pure, but I'm not sure why she is so small compared to those big fluffy things. Is it normal to have a short-haired peke?
