This is a very common problem and it is pretty gross. There is a product called "Deter" by the company 8-1. It's a chewable pill that makes the poop taste gross. Plus, a lot of dogs eat their poop if they are being fed "extras". I would cut down on any treats or people food. Feed a high quality dog food with less fillers. Then it will be digested properly and nothing "tasty" will be left in the feces.
