I just adopted Truman, a 4-year-old peke, from a friend and have noticed a similar problem. It's been nearly 2 weeks. He ate well the first week, but then began turning his nose up at everything, including treats. In the last three days, we found {by trial-and-error) that mixing boil-in-bag rice that's been cooked in chicken boullion in with his regular food entices him. Hope this helps.
